Booking of the Open Rallye

The Open Rallye is offered seasonally on Saturdays from May to September. The meeting point is at 3pm at the Berlin Cathedral (on the lawn between the Berlin Cathedral and the Old National Gallery).

The welcome and explanation of the rules of the game take about 15 minutes and the Rally itself about 3 hours. Afterwards, there is an evaluation plus an award ceremony near Hackescher Markt, so that the entire event ends around 7 pm.

The event will start with a minimum of 6 registered participants. Please use the following form to register. The closing date for registration is the Friday before the Rally at 3 pm. Please confirm your participation by telephone on 030-325 92 616!

Weather and Outdoors

What counts as bad weather? Bad weather is relative and depends more so on your clothing and equipment (bring an umbrella!) than on personal attitudes. To us objectively bad weather is when the activities have become dangerous because of thunderstorms for example. In such cases you can either postpone or cancel the Rallye. Participate in the next Rallye or get your money back – it’s up to you!

Fitness

How fit must participants be? Not a bit! We assure you that no high-level sports performances are required! The most important thing is to have fun guessing, questioning, testing yourself, making up rhymes, combining concepts and learning.

Payment / Gift Vouchers Open Rallye

As soon as you have made the registration / booking, you will receive a confirmation from us with a confirmation number and invoice details. When the billed amount has been credited to our account, your participation in the designated Rallye is assured. Gift vouchers will be sent in the post as soon as payment is credited to our account.

Rebooking and Cancellation Policy Open Rallye

Rebooking requests can be considered until three days before the event. You will find cancellation rules for group bookings in terms and conditions
