Everyone is Unique
On a route full of contrasts through the city, playfully explore historical attractions and sights, the essential background and bizarre peculiarities of Berlin.

Team spirit, thinking and looking “out of the box”, creativity, subtlety, are the keys to solving sophisticated problems and exercises, and fulfilling interactive missions.

Number of Participants
The City Rallye for groups of 12 or more people focussing on time management and teambuilding.

Start & Destination
The start point can be individually determined, and can, for example, depend on the location of your hotel. We begin at 10 o’clock, offer a midday meal during the tour, and end the Rallye at 4 o’clock. To follow, there is an analysis and evaluation lasting about an hour.

The Concept
Mobile Phones, e-mails, laptops – we can be reached increasingly easily and at almost any time – but instead of lightening the workload, we are faced with ever greater time-pressures. What is important and what not? Which issues take priority, which can be left until later? How would I use my time if I could do it again? And how can I use it as effectively as possible?

The Seminar Day
Everything during the Seminar days revolves around the efficient ordering of priorities, responsibilities and lastly of time, since a structured work procedure not only permits better work, but thereby also helps to gain time. With many examples, tricks and tips on hand to help, you will learn how to maximise time management.

The Berlin Rallye
On the Incentive Day you will have the opportunity to translate what you’ve learnt straight away into practice. Berlin Rallye Semincentives places the teams before the task – a real brainstormer: how to employ your time in order to achieve a maximum of your goals? While doing this you’ll learn to solve tricky questions and exercises. Cleverness, skill, logic, and not to mention good team work will help you to reach the common goal.

Armed with a map of the city and the transport network, a day-ticket, and provisions, you’ll get to look at Berlin from a completely different angle. On this Berlin city tour you receive the full package of sightseeing and fun while you innovatively and entertainingly learn how to manage your time. Team building develops along the way…
