Our terms & conditions

Weather and Outdoors
If bad weather makes participating in the Rallye dangerous, the organizer shall endeavour to offer the customer an alternative Rallye date. Should the customer not be able to participate on the suggested date, the total amount will be repaid after confirmation of the customer’s bank details.

Payment
Upon making the booking, the customer will receive written confirmation with a confirmation number and invoice. Once payment has been received the customer’s participation in the booked Rallye is assured. Gift vouchers will be sent in the post as soon as payment is received. Spontaneous Rallye participants can pay in cash at the start point on the day of the Rallye.

Changes in Booking and Cancellation
Group bookings:
For cancellations the following processing costs will apply: up to 7 days before the Rallye 20% - up to 3 days before the Rallye 50%. For cancellations less than three days the full price will apply. The remaining sum will be promptly reimbursed.

The date of cancellation is the date the organizer receives a notice of cancellation. Cancellations can be made via e-mail, registered letter or fax.

To change the date of a booked Rallye the initial Rallye must be cancelled and a new Rallye booked, when the service provider cannot offer the customer a more convenient possibility.

Changes and Cancellations by us
Very rarely, after your arrangements have commenced we or our suppliers may be forced by Force Majeure to change or cancel part or all of your arrangements. If this does happen then we regret that we will be unable to provide any refunds (unless we receive any from our suppliers) pay you any compensation or any losses or expenses you incur as a result. We will try to assist you to secure alternative arrangements but you will have to pay any associated and/or additional costs in doing so and arising out of the alternative arrangements.

Data Protection
Any personal information which you enter into our site through the use of any of our forms will be processed in accordance with the German data protection laws. We will use this information to process your event enquiry, send you any requested company literature or answer any queries you may have.

Your personal details will be used for internal purposes only and not be disclosed to any other party, unless it is under legal obligation. The place of jurisdiction and fulfilment for any disputes or differences arising from the agreement is the seat of Berlin Rallye, Germany.

Place of jurisdiction for all business correspondence with business people, corporate bodies under public law and corporate bodies under private law shall be the seat of Silvia Maria Ryrko, Berlin Rallye.

Liability
Participation in the Rallye is at one's own risk.
The organizer assumes no liability.

Weather and Outdoors
What counts as bad weather?
Bad weather is relative and depends more so on your clothing and equipment (bring an umbrella!) than on personal attitudes. To us objectively bad weather is when the activities have become dangerous because of thunderstorms for example. In such cases you can either postpone or cancel the Rallye. Participate in the next Rallye or get your money back – it’s up to you!

Fitness
How fit must participants be? Not a bit! We assure you that no high-level sports performances are required! The most important thing is to have fun guessing, questioning, testing yourself, making up rhymes, combining concepts and learning.
